Return policy
Wellnetix offers a 30-day return window beginning with the day you receive your shipment. This is provided to enable the customer enough time to determine if the order meets their expectations and satisfaction. If the item is not returned at the end of the 30-day period, the customer's order will be considered satisfactory and the purchase is final. Shipping charges are not refundable.

toll free to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA#). Please write this number on the outside of the package where it can be seen easily. Once you have received your RMA#, please ship returns to:
