Remembering that several small meals are better at encouraging fat loss, the best way to enjoy the benefits of Wellnetix® shakes is to drink two per day, as two of your meals, in conjunction with three to four additional whole food meals. The easy directions are found on each packet or container. Of course, you can use skim milk instead of water or add unsweetened frozen strawberries, blueberries, peaches or a banana. You can even add a few drops of your favorite flavored extract - almond, coconut or peppermint, as well as your favorite spices or unsweetened flavors such as cinnamon, nutmeg or cocoa.
Suggestions for use
Use Wellnetix® Meal-Replacements for up to two of your meals. For example, you can have two shakes and three or four whole food meals, or you can have one shake and four or five whole food meals. Each Wellnetix® Meal-Replacement should be used as a full meal. Don’t consume more than two per day, except in rapid diets under a doctor’s supervision. Remember, it usually isn’t healthy to lose weight too quickly, so avoid the temptation.
