What is Wellnetix?
The Wellnetix® Program is a precise, yet easy-to-follow nutrition, lifestyle and activity

Our company goal is to provide you with
solid facts about nutrition, since experts agree that knowledge is perhaps the most
vital component of any successful weight-loss program. Strict deprivation "dieting"
is a flawed technique that causes you to lose the vital muscle tissue that your body
relies on to burn fat. Muscle is your body’s number one metabolic regulator, so
whenever muscle mass decreases, your body’s ability to burn fat diminishes proportionately
with it.
As you will soon discover, losing body fat, preserving your muscle
mass, increasing your metabolic rate and exercising moderately, all in tandem, is

Wellnetix is not a diet!
The Wellnetix® Program is not a diet - at least not in the literal sense of the word.
Proper eating consists of five or six small meals instead of three large ones. The
perfect meal on the Wellnetix® Program consists of one protein, one complex carbohydrate
and one fibrous vegetable or fruit. Eating "three squares a day" is an
outdated philosophy.
For years you have trained yourself to wake up, eat breakfast in
the morning, lunch around noon and dinner at six o’clock. You now have to retrain
your mind to eat five or six smaller meals throughout the day. Initially, eating more
frequent meals will increase your appetite. You want to be in an "anabolic state"
where you are slightly hungry all the time. Experiencing slight hunger is a healthy
sign. It tells us that our bodies are requiring fuel. People who are ill have no appetite.
Meal frequency speeds up your metabolism. If you follow the program, you will find
yourself saying, "I can’t possibly be eating all this food and losing weight!" That’s the
most amazing thing about this program.
